Known in Lady White Heart as Lowee Empire (JP: ルウィー帝國 Ruui Teikoku), also known as First Lowee Empire, Goddess Empire of Lowee (Ruui no Megami Teikoku), the Great Lowee Empire, or simply Lowee, the Empire or Teikoku is single-party galactic government were have C.P.U. role of Empire. The empire was found by Lady Kasami Hiiragi after collapse of Interstellar Federation by Lucas's Alliance after Great Universe Wars and death of Princess Kagami Hiiragi. Lastation Empire is known as Largest Empire in the Touhou Galaxy history as they have dominated many planet and galaxy larger than 100 time of Ducken Empire did on Entire Touhou Galaxy which Lastation Empire has dominated over entire Galaxy like Star Conflict, Stardoor, Star Explorer and many Neutral Alliance member are dominated by this empire. The Lastation Empire is serve as new government of Lady Kasam Hiiragi which repair the most of government much like Interstellar Federation until G.C. 2018, the government is successful restore the order but she don't turn back into Interstellar Federation anymore since she need to avoid the mistake between Old Federation and New Empire. Although Lastation Empire since G.C. 2018 is Federal Democratic Republic like the Interstellar Federation with many politician, but the Empire was Absolute rule by sole leader, Lady Kasami Hiiragi. (Memory of Kagami Rebirth)
Lastation Empire was found after disaster of Great Universe War, but have come to face with serious of problem with in the galaxy such as Stardoor and Star Explorer pirate raid on planet that being rebuilt and several unrecognized states have began to independence from old federation which all are control by non-Chiyukitalian (and those were not Tomoyatalian and Ducken) species. Lastation Empire have solve to annex remain independent states that was flee from Interstellar Federation, and take control rest of the galaxy, re-education all non-Federation member states.

 Although the Great Universe War end with peace treaty known as Treaty of Hiiragi with several universe known as Loser Universe that attack against Touhou Galaxy. Lastation Empire have seek hostile toward on all loser universe during the war after signed that peace treaty one by one since this peace treaty gave the payment to Lastation Empire from those loser universe who was rip-off and several loser universe have became a famine which drive people crazy being eating too much horse remain were Lastation Empire referred them known as "Horsniibalism" result the Lastation Empire have assault on sector part of Sheridania 5 galaxy being one of their horse is ran into the Touhou Galaxy as lesson to not eat more horse, also Lastation Empire have strike other loser universe such as 9.999999 Massacre on Stardoor where this event was lead several universe attempt to avoid this peace treaty but end up with annex by the Lastation Empire. The Sakuri Chiyuran GC-36, also known as Sakuri Chiyuran M-50 in Lady White Heart. In-game name is simply called as Assault Rifle was 5.56×45mm fusion blaster energy weapon semi-automatic rifle that serve as Service Infantry Rifle in Federation Self-Defense Force and later, Imperial Lastation Army. It was most common and standard rifle of the Universal of Touhou Galaxy being the most product rifle in the Touhou Galaxy as most accurate weapon and somewhat have capable to kill enemy then explosive into piece much like original Memory of Kagami as Jarson have shoot Type-17/1 with extreme rapid firing.
