Omar 'Young' Anoke or Omar Anoke, known with Kasami's nickname of him as God Bug and Argentinian Psycho is Dictator from Starvessel Soldiers Universe, he is Sky Marshal and ruler of United Citizen Autocratic, he was leader of Vader Infantry, he is brutally, psycho in his action and very idiot when speaking. He is minor antagonist along with another four most wanted target of Federation Armed Self-Defense Force such as Morgan Clark, Alexander Marcus and Johnathan O'Neill.

He is admiral of VAF Shiloh, most advanced warship in the Vader Fleet, he was original of infamous song like 'It's A Good Day to Die' song that came with many popular across to many galaxy until arrive to Touhou Galaxy, Interstellar Federation have ban this song shortly to due being as propaganda music, during Great Universe War, he was invite by Director to make a film called 'Boots to all Bug!', he interesting with that film, although the movie themselves was not great along that all bugs are refer as Interstellar Federation Soldier, but it gain more popular enough to support, but before the film, entire film was release have been destroyed by hand of Kasami Hiiragi, he blamed that the Federation was back with these plan.
