The story of this Star Democratic focus on one person who have live on the main sector of the government on Earth known as "Axion" have discuss about the independent on Mars known as "Romanov" as one of people claim that they are prepare for war with Earth with their secret weapon, his goal is to prevent it from happens.
Being as the new series. STAR DEM0CRATIC is rivally to New Mikiyoru's visual novel 'Polaris'. Unfortunately, both Polaris and Star Democratic reboot have delay for 2 year from 2020 to 2022 for heavily focus on rebuilt the Touhou Galaxy Project which is now called 'Galaxy of Peace and Chaos' with plan to release in 2020.

He have find himself trouble with USA spy code name "Volk" about the Mars Independence from Earth that they have a plot against the Earth and will bring the massive war between Earth and Mars as they have secretly weapon of mass destruction. His goal have to stop the USA to prevent this happen, but what about the clue of this story.

This Star Democratic reboot will take the story of human problem, as well as the governement rather than fully of space battle or warfare unlike most of old Star Democratic. Also this story is not same universe as old Star Democratic or even have anything related to Mikiyoru's universe of Touhou Galaxy Project and Blancitunia. Their theme is "Psychological thriller science fiction parody" because this story is all about the impact of one person who born to destroy the United Space Agency while it contain with some sci-fi element and parody much like old Star Democratic since Rise of the Disco.
The story is setting in Sol system which known in this universe as Alpho System rule by intergalactic power known as United Space Agency. Earth in this universe is known as Axion, the USA capital planet and the central of the federal government with other 3 unknown capital.

Although being small, they were advanced in technology such as shield generator, warp drive, energy weapon and even anti-gravity generator. The weapon is much like but far more realistic than fantasy such as Railgun, Mass Driver, Nuclear weapon.
Space Battle of this Star Democratic is uncommon due to heavily focus on government story but still there are massive galactic scale warfare with in this series. Space Marine were common in this universe such as they were worn EMU suit that same to those in real life Astronaut were armed with unknown energy weapon that have prop similar to IMI Galil.
The USA's military is known as "United Space Armed Force" the fleet was known as "United Space Navy" and ground force known as "United Space Army".

Axion have over 300 countries which came from various not exist such as Waterzone (or Sealand) but 20% of all countries were not Democracy are include with Achaemenids, Assyrian. (For same reason to Touhou Galaxy Project, they have not used real country name) and new fictional countries such as United Koryo which same to those have appear in various work of Universal Arts such as Korean Federation. The Axion government known as United Space Agency (USA) is the galactic government that build up for government on colony planet such as Romanov, Atlas, Tamar, Turoca, Choca, etc for security and stability for the Axion government. They have right to the colony for vote the leader of the USA (but only those have age 25 year higher or those age have moved to live in colony for 5 year).
Timeline and date
As Star Democratic series, this reboot series is also used After the Democratic of the Galaxy and Before the Democratic of the Galaxy stand for ADG/BDG. The year that take place in 2000 ADG and setting in retro-futuristic. This timeline is no relation to old Star Democratic Timeline.

Unlike most of religion (as well as original Star Democratic were depicts as planet or both Blancitunia and Touhou Galaxy Project were depicts as Celestia (or Celesita) as Heaven or Gamindustri Graveyard as Hell which both are location on Chiyuki were many soul and CPU that no longer live have died in this place) that depicts Heaven and Hell.
