Miki, also known as Miki Hiiragi (柊 みき Hiiragi Miki?), later known as Mayu Hatsumi (初美まゆ Hatsumi Mayu?) or simply Mayu. Known in her name in general populace as Empress Miki and commonly known as Lady Miki or sometime referred her as Lady Kasami, most of deities known her as Goddess Miki, formerly known as Miki Yoshimizu once she is Yoshimizu family was Chiyukitalian female Goddess, she is mother of Hiiragi family as she is have become the first and only Empress of the Interstellar Federation since G.C. 1988 until 2014 but she was lost in Operation Sandstorm in Kukan system since G.C. 1989 until G.C. 1996 along with her little sister Yoshino Yoshimizu who died by hand of George 'Will' Lucas, Aiko is great granddaughter of Miki Hiiragi. She is clone template to many her to keep her alive if she died and one of clone is Kasami Hiiragi. Although Miki is Goddess, she is not a CPU.

 She have 5 daughter (Inori, Matsuri, Kagami, Tsukasa and Kasami), she have love with her daughter especially Kasami Hiiragi which she have became the Lady of the Interstellar Federation which replaced Kagami Hiiragi who in title of Princess of the Interstellar Federation as she have lost Tsukasa Hiiragi during Star Conflict Invasion over Touhou Galaxy.  She and Taido, father of Hiiragi were live without other daughter since Death of Kagami Hiiragi and departure of Kasami Hiiragi in G.C. 2014 as CPU to travel various galaxy until G.C. 2018 were Taido and her have sacrifice to protect Kasami Hiiragi who have got problem in Gamindustri about the Old women have resurrection and attempt to kill her with brainwash CPU which she have reveal the true form.

 Most of Hiiragi daughter never know about Miki's true form or her power even Kasami, Peon and Niwa never know about her true form which only Aiko and Yoshino know about her. After she have reveal her true form, she was create by Reco as her Goddess for Yoshimizu family and tell the truth about Kasami Hiiragi that she was clone by herself.  In Blancitunia, she was ruler of Lastation Empire for over 6,000 year since Kasami was disappear to that galaxy.

Miki Hiiragi was Chiyukitalian female empress who have hold the power of the goddess, she is one of most powerful goddess of the Touhou Galaxy, she was create by Reco as the guardian of this galaxy.

Although Miki is immortal and because of she was created by Reco. Miki's age was likely around 17 as middle to late-teenager.

Clone
Miki have many clone of herself and she would used if one is dead of kill, one of her perfect clone was Miki 001 (which who is Hiiragi form) and Miki 001A (also known as Kasami Hiiragi). Miki 001 was different to most of Miki clone because it was came from other person who is not as Miki and put her memory with it, and she was active after real Miki was gone missing before Miki 001A was active after Miki have arrive in G.C. 1997. After Miki 001 was killed by old women and reveal her real clone, Kasami was an clone of Miki which she would used her memory as the way that Miki lived.

During course of history, there are ton of Miki clone was killed or died, although real clone is not death and still keep watching, there are various Miki clone that was kill which quick to replaced and fight back such as one were a clone of Miki have fail to avoid a missile attack cause her explosive into a piece, but Reco will recreated her and quick to replaced with full memory of previous one except their death which she think that she survive the missile attack. A clone of Miki who never died was Kasami Hiiragi.

Lady Miki Hiiragi is character take from Lucky Star series, unlike real Miki Hiiragi, she was not take as entire characters as she have a lot of backward stories that Mikiyoru never told, she have much bigger role in Touhou Galaxy Project. She is similar to Kasami Mikiyoru who have similar hair. There are rumor that Miki Hiiragi is also the God of Touhou Galaxy, mainly because she is take from Mikiyoru as she was creator of all Touhou Galaxy alongside with Reco which record the Touhou Galaxy history, although the term "God" didn't apply to female title in TGP which will be the Goddess instead. Miki is only CPU who may not have own console since she maybe the first generation of PlayStation console, as well as the CPU who lack of HDD form (or Goddess form) since Miki is already as the Goddess, not a Human.

As Miki Hiiragi have mentioned toward many Star Democratic series and Lady White Heart as decrease person when Kagami or Munro have mentioned to Kasami or Kagami that she died while given birth to Kasami Hiiragi. In Touhou Galaxy Project, were there are many Miki exist which most of them were clone which how CPU's immortal age work in this universe, but the story didn't reveal who was real Miki.

Note that she have two form, first form is above which is normal form of her and second form is real form is same to Kasami Hiiragi and is was to be a real Noire which this form is debut in Memory of Kagami Rebirth: Hero of the Villain which were she is one of two playable character as she wear La Victoire outfit (as the game was reused Kasami in this role as Miki and create Kasami NPC to the game) also unlock in main game (and Kasami Hiiragi would react if she is play in this game). She is also know to other person that most of Touhou Galaxy Project characters don't know are George W. Lucas (not George 'Will' Lucas) and Jarson Gamatara. She also know the Reco.

- Miki is love Gonk droid and she have own at least one droid name "Trick" which rumor that he was an Republic Trooper who turn into a gonk droid for no reason. She using this droid to power her operation that were no power gird.
- Miki is only CPU who lack of HDD form, but she have Final Form.
- Unlike Kasami Hiiragi, Miki Hiiragi as Noire form were not Tsundere, and she is also Kindness than Kasami, however, she have saying similar to real Noire, such as Idiot.
  - Like most of Noire and Kasami who may involve with other characters are falling or land on her, Miki is often to happen, if happen, she may will rage, she also get rage when someone watching her cosplay.
- Miki have mentioned about other galaxy in Traveler from Beyond of Gamindustri, and one of them is Democrat Galaxy, which this galaxy were Star Democratic story is take place, as well as Jarson Gamatara.
- Miki's character code in Hero of the Villain was given as Kasami which mean player who play Miki is actually Kasami Hiiragi. Likely that she was reused in the story since Interstellar Engine in that time have not yet Miki DLC release, as well as any item that used by Kasami in main story is also loading to this story.
