Aiko have money from selling her Manju which she have use that money to buy a medicine for Yoshino. Her "A Dream of Aiko" novel along with "Polaris", "Night Alone" and "Break the Wall" novel become the best selling novel in Touhou Galaxy. (Memory of Kagami Rebirth)

Although Aiko is polite and never angry, but Aiko is extreme hatred toward Star Conflict who have kill entire her family and she didn't one of them.

Lady Aiko is the main character of Touhou Galaxy as she is take from Hyperdimension Neptunia character, Blanc (although her mood and character is look like Rom) and she have similar character appearance as Sakura Kinomoto from Cardcaptor Sakura. Like Miki Hiiragi, she have bigger role in mystery story. Also Aiko often to wear glasses which likely glasses girl stereotype. She also have suffer from backstory were her family was killed during Battle of Tomoya by Star Conflict, leave her and her grandmother (Yoshino Yoshimizu), Aiko is only main character who never feature with last name because she have no family left.
"A dream of Aiko" is the novel that wrote by Aiko as about her dream to became a novel writer which only one is remain which she have wrote more story inside this novel after Star Conflict ruin her dream.

Although her name is official just simply as "Aiko". Her surname "Yoshimizu" still largely controversial as never seen her have asking such as the name. Her full name was using in her story "Lady Aiko Yoshimizu Stories".
Before Aiko have official name just simply as Aiko. The original version of Memory of Kagami Rebirth have given her surname as "Yoshimizu" which given her official name as Aiko Yoshimizu. The official source reveal that Aiko is still being as part of Yoshimizu family but the story show that Yoshimizu family have no member left not even Aiko who may not dead and she never refer her surname which Aiko is just simply as Aiko, not Aiko Yoshimizu.

- Aiko is youngest CPU member in Touhou Galaxy Project and Aiko is only Tomoyatalian-born CPU, as well as first character to died.
- Also that Aiko is only character who not have first name letter end with 'I' unlike Kasami, Teijiki and Vertimiki.
- Aiko is only protagonist alongside with Tomoya who never kill human until Tomoya have murder one person to response Aiko's death.
- Aiko often to say those Star Conflict villain as "Baddies".
- When originally that Aiko will say to them as "Bitch", but this was change to make Aiko more polite and lesser rude.
- Unlike Blanc who may angry at anytime when she get mad about her satisfied unlike Aiko who may not often to angry, but she will hateful to anyone did to her much like Plutia such as Star Conflict did to her entire family which make Blanc fear to her. Much like Blanec, Aiko when angry will never turn into red eye.
- Unlike Blanc, she is most fragile CPU and she could knockout in 1-2 hit in initial level and one hit when headshot since she was design to be support role instead of attacker. As support role, she is strongest to help anyone when healing or revive teammate which in range.
