Although XJM Project is known for best research department with many mind blowing technology that can create everything (except Hiiragira sword), because of their main objective was "Build the technology for no more mistake with any lost of Hiiragi", if any Hiiragi have been killed or died in battle, Kasami will fine whole project. After Death of Kagami Hiiragi in Great Universe War, the XJM Project was disband by Kasami Hiiragi after the project unable to stop that happen from her death and renamed as Imperial Lastation Research and Development and official appeared in public, however, Imperial Lastation Research and Development have do less serious to compare the XJM Project and they don't create Mind blowing technology anymore. One of most mindblowing XJM Project is nothing than Flying Car because many cliche that believed that will exist in 2100s in real life but XJM Researcher laugh that they didn't do reality as they want to make a suitable technology in that year which XJM Project claim to be build before 2000s (actually exist since G.C. 150 as part of Interstellar Republic but revival in G.C. 1,887 as Neo-Tomoyatalian Empire) which is just a proverb that XJM Researcher must learn about to build the mindblowing thing.

Virtual Simulation Intelligence class 64-bit Supercomputer is The Belgium Inc. Supercomputer co with XJM Project, it was the advanced ai supercomputer that using to calculation most of project, it also using to build and planing such as ASS Blanc which have include this computer, it was the one of most fastest and powerful supercomputer of Touhou Galaxy although is weaker than Neptune's Game Console, but still prove more superior using in military operation although it used Windows 95 as Operation System.
