The Morita Mark-1 Battle Rifle was Battle Rifle of Starship Troopers and it was primary weapon of Mobile Infantry since G.C. 1997 to 2014 as it was replaced with Electronic Pulse-44 and Mark-II and still remain service until G.C. 2008 which it was replaced by Mark-III.

Although the Mobile Infantry have adopted Mark-III as their standard issue weapon, the outbreak of holocaust by Lu-Al between Vader Infantry and Rebel Mobile Infantry have lead Vader Infantry shutdown the Morita and replaced Viruska, with limited of Mark-III, they have choose to using these old-fashion battle rifle against Vader and proof effective against their armor. (Memory of Kagami Rebirth)
