The Israel weapon industries TAR-39 are based from IMI Tavor TAR-21 is the first bullpup weapon of galaxy, and TAR-39 is three-round burst rifle.

In the other name, TAR-39 is three-burst rifle but not called as "Three Automatic Round" and "39" is T=20 A=1 R=18 on standard English word = 39, However this is nickname not called in real name.

The "IMI" that appear in the TAR-39 didn't mentioned what IMI is really stand for Israel Military Industries or not until the Star Democratic Reboot have mentioned the IMI stand for "Intercom Military Industries" but this name is not official canon name of the IMI in the old Star Democratic universe.
