This mystery girl who fall from sky on Hiiragi Household in G.C. 2022 before she have land on Miki. She didn't have remember anything in the past more than her name and her sister.
She have fight alongside with Kasami and her party until she have sacrifice herself to protect the Touhou Galaxy from Star Conflict invader and many Loser universe which result erased both her and the Star Conflict to another dimension. (Birth of Lady Tomoya Dinogi)

Name
Her name "Tomoya" was take from the planet of same name which the name was take from "Tomo". A god that rumor to be creator of all Chiyukitalian that capable to restore, destroy and bring the balance of peace and chaos after prediction by Clow Order.
History
Pre-birth
The Clow Order of Tomoyatalian Empire seem that the balance of the time and peace is finally start to chaos after arrival of William Georcas. Their prediction know that when the chaos start. There will be the god of all Chiyukitalian will be born once more which they said that her name is "Tomoya".

During plan to given her new name, she have been given name as "Tomoko Dachidouka" and "Hatsumi Daidouji", although this name didn't spoke yet in story. Gamatara Dyson simply referred her as Hatsumi Sega or simply as Segami instead of Tomoya Dinogi.
Become a Main character:
Tomoya didn't have become a main role of the story since 1998 until 2018 with debut of Lady Tomoya Dinogi Stories in Touhou Galaxy Project. Mikiyoru have said that Tomoya have deserve to be a main character instead of support role or background.
Early script that Tomoya Dinogi was the greatest empress of Tomoyatalian Empire that rule over 4000 year or died by William Georcas is now retcon. In this story, she is born to be around between and after Great Universe War.
Great Universe War:
Although Tomoya in time of Great Universe War is around 6 year old. There are still remain mystery how her family survive this conflict. But in story said that Tomoya have spend her time between 2009 until 2021 on Heaven.
