The Bedrull were the nasty creature that came from a person who interact with CPU Memory but lack the ability to rule the nation, and those person were not came from Chiyukitalian and Tomoyatalian species (and rare case "Ducken" which Vertimiki Niwa was half Ducken and Chiyukitalian) such as those Human. The Bedrull were mindless and cannibalism which they have to eating Chiyukitalian or Tomoyatalian species in order to survive, if they eat other species more than the target species, they will died instantly. Bedrull can't spread the virus which mean those were attack or get bite by these creature will never become a Bedrull.

Unlike the monster in Ultradimension, these Bedrull don't have anything to cure them at all, they can't even speech or even communicate. Tomoya Dinogi know their speech and their mind unlike most of character can't even listen to their word (not even Reco or Miki Hiiragi) and they were commonly see in Tomokyo Underworld level 1 which is this level is uninhabitable.
