The Actactan Empire, often known as Maximum Empire or Extra-Galactic Unknown Empire who have invasion and capture many planet long ago and who also have wiped out Guardian Character species. It was Actactan-species dominated government were mystery as rumor that they were came from Dimension or even a nickname of people who came from Star Wars Galaxy.

Background
The Name "Actactan Empire" was came from Aztec which most of Actactan were speak Aztec-like English (were most of start word are big such as We Are Actactan). The Actactan Empire was first debut in Federation Tier 8 and still appear in various story of Star Democratic, as well as Blancitunia and Touhou Galaxy Project.

Actactan Empire was declare as non-canon in Star Democratic by new series of Touhou Galaxy Project to due outdated and was replaced by Conflictan who arrive into Touhou Galaxy and crash into Raji which known as "Ducken" before become a Ducken Empire (unlike Duck Empire in Star Democratic) who have conquer anything much like Actactan and unlike Actactan who may have been defeated in Blanc Dimension, Ducken in Touhou Galaxy may defeated but they left from Raji to Coruscant and become Interstellar Republic before became a member of Interstellar Federation, although Touhou Galaxy Project is not part of Star Democratic or same universe, but it was official source that release by Universal Arts in 2017 were Actactan Empire didn't exist in Star Democratic universe. Although the Actactan Empire didn't exist, the Actactan is still exist in both Star Democratic and other Universal Arts work such as Blancitunia and Touhou Galaxy Project.
