Lucas's Alliance was response for trillon of dead in Touhou Galaxy in Great Universe War result as War criminal and War against Galaxy, as well as lead of founding of Lastation Empire and signed Treaty of Hiiragi which lead Lastation Empire seek hostile who once have join this side and destroy their galaxy.
