Vader Infantry (Spanish: Vader infantería) or simply Vader, V.I. or V (or Loyally Mobile Infantry in Lady White Heart although they was completely different in Memory of Kagami Rebirth) Kasami have spelled as InVader Infantry is United Citizen Autocratic Armed Force's Ground force and Starvessel Soldiers Terrorist ground force, and also oppose to Mobile Infantry of United Citizen Federation and also saw in Great Universe War as part of Lucas's Alliance's military that fight against Federation Self-Defense Force, it serve as primary military force of United Citizen Autocratic, they have better weapon and equipment more than Mobile Infantry and also have cyborg soldier training. Vader Infantry have support with Viruska firearm manufacturer such as VCR-21 and CronocTech cyborg technology.

Entire group of Vader Infantry was destroyed by hand of Kasami Hiiragi at the Battle of Chiyuki with Goddess of Flame, is clearly unknown what remain of Vader Infantry are still exist in some place in the Touhou Galaxy or their universe because Kasami said that remain Lu-Al was hunt down and defeat with no one was report back to their galaxy as well as Vader Infantry Military Base 'Vengeance' was destroyed during raid led by Kasami Hiiragi about to destroy stock of Boots to all Bug movie. William Georcas, also known as George 'Williams' Lucas, generally known as George 'Will' Lucas or George Lucas, Lucas or Will is Terrorist Leader of Lucas Alliance and he is Director from Star Conflict who have at war with Touhou Galaxy for 2 week of 2,000 year of Touhou Galaxy, he also was leader of Star Conflict who have involved with Ryoo School Massacre and Star Conflict Invasion over Touhou Galaxy, also he is one of person who destroy entire relationship with many universe that Touhou Galaxy once have made such as Star Explorer, Stardoor, etc. He is main antagonist in entire Hyperdimension Neptunia: Touhou Galaxy Project and he is main enemy of Kasami Hiiragi as he is also the primary most wanted target of Federation Armed Self-Defense Force since he murder 2 Princess of Interstellar Federation, Tsukasa Hiiragi and Kagami Hiiragi, he have attempt to murder Kasami Hiiragi during Ryoo School Massacre as well.

The Major battle that he fought in Great Universe War, he brutally leader who lead with his capital ship, 'Great Mind Trick' with plan to destroy Touhou Galaxy with these mind trick universe. Many battle include with Defend of K-11, Battle of Coruscant, Battle of Tomoya and Battle of Vargayang were successful to dominate from the Federation Self-Defense Fleet and lead Kasami's tactic were failed due to his ship.

His final battle was fought in Battle of Chiyuki as he was ultimate killed by hand of Kasami Hiiragi in her Goddess form with Goddess of Flame ability to show that she is stronger than Kagami and him, put an end of Great Universe War.
