The
Gekino Bird seal or
Great Seal of Interstellar Federation was first appeared in Jarson Dimension era Star Democratic: Rise of the Disco series, Plan of Disco Federation in 1995 known as
Universal Federation Seal or
Grand Royal Bird, the seal didn't given name as Gekino Bird until Star Democratic: Memory of Kagami in 2014, as the seal was used by Universal Federation of Alliance who called as a freedom of the federation seal against Disco invader. The Gekino Bird was inspired by Alliance Starbird from Star Wars that used by Rebel Alliance, while before design of Gekino Bird, Star Democratic once have using seal similar to United Federation of Planet from Star Trek although it extremely rare to see. During War of Disco have create a original seal for Universal Federation, but the original concept was gone lost during work. The Seal have been design more better since Rise and Shine of the Celebrities Army and Most Universal and common Gekino Bird seal was using from Up rise of the Federation's design until it was scrap with newer Gekino Bird seal in Memory of Kagami Rebrith which replaced all exist one in Star Democratic since 2017 although the seal is part of Touhou Galaxy Project instead of Star Democratic.

While the Heavily version since rise of the Interstellar Federation was first appeared in Star Democratic: Special Case: Lando's Most Revenge in 2010 were gold color seal and using seal same from Up rise of the Federation while also have design to similar to United Federation of Planet seal from Star Trek as well. But due to Lando's Most Revenge was banned in Star Democratic series, the seal was never have been appeared in Blanc Dimension of Star Democratic were have return to using same seal as Up rise of the Federation that used by Interstellar Federation until Lucky Star series were have design similar from scrap of old Star Democratic were have replaced to blue instead of gold although Lucky Star series was non-canon since the story was not take in Star Democratic, the seal didn't have official canon until Memory of Kagami have official to using that seal and this time is dark blue which is more universal for the Interstellar Federation, this phase was scrap after new version of Gekino bird is arrive.

Kiiro no hana (黄色の花) or '
Yellow flower' was first appeared in Lady White Heart in early 2014 which that replaced Gekino Bird that based from Imperial Seal of Japan and Imperial Seal of Korea as well as similar to Ultradimension Lowee from Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory, before have design new seal, Lowee Empire is also using Gekino Bird were early prototype seal was also have to using same style as well were cut United Federation of Planet seal since Lowee Empire was enemy with Star Trek after Great Universe War, but Mikiyoru have think that Lowee Empire should be more imperialistic more than federation or democratic since Interstellar Federation was downfall after Great Universe War so she have design new seal by aim as Japanese power and Imperialistic theme while the seal. The Seal is also refer as 'For the Ruui Teikoku, we will not fall' motto as well which have became as iconic motto of Lowee Empire government.

Hyperdimension Neptunia series didn't have real Lowee seal prior before Megadimension Neptunia Victory-II which debut their Lowee seal and referred as
L-David or
L-style in Touhou Galaxy Project. The seal was debut in 2015 just 1 year after Lowee Empire seal have debut, although Mikiyoru never want to replaced the Kiiro no hana seal with this seal for Lowee Empire since the story is near 90% complete. In Memory of Kagami Rebirth have both this seal and Lowee Empire seal also using as Lowee Empire insignia and Yoshimizu Family seal, L-style seal is also appeared in Lowee Imperial Magical Army Soldier while the Magical Trooper and Magical General are used Kiiro no hana seal, several homeworld defense force in Lowee Empire are also using L-style seal.

In Memory of Kagami Rebirth, Mikiyoru have design new seal and this time is different from original, this seal is used by Interstellar Federation and also Lastation Empire as well, before have create new seal, they will likely reused Gekino Bird from Original Memory of Kagami, but because is still stuck with United Federation of Planet seal again, Mikiyoru have make decision to create new seal, unlike most of Gekino Bird seal, this seal were bird is not head up but instead head down which completely identify that similar to original concept that have likely have plan to be like this, appearance of this Gekino Bird, it was scrap all previous version of old version as well as in Star Democratic.
