These people didn't have official species name until Memory of Kagami Rebirth which given as Disconoid, they have simply given name as Disco Human. Although the Star Democratic once have given their species name as Moonwalker in SD: War of Disco, but because this name is not official spoke through out the series, the name is widely not adopted.
In Video game that feature with Disco which generally were speedy and move faster, but the player can't move speedy unlike most of disco since the game won't cheat or make it easy for player, although in the Rise of the Disco video game, player can using Moonwalk ability to move faster for limited of time although this not fast as real disco, most case were Jason Michael and Colorer Rebel.
