The Species 20-3 and Chiyukitalian was mentioned for the first time in SD: SC: AMU which Munro have mistaken that he spoken to the ancient alien about the Chiyukitalian that "Pre-Tomoyatalian? I mean Chiyukitalian? I can't believe this." which rumor that Chiyukitalian is older than Tomoyatalian who were rule everything in the galaxy.
Term 'Chiyukitalian' were not mentioned in other Star Democratic series beside of SD: SC: AMU until this term is later (re)adopted for Touhou Galaxy Project in 2017. In AMU, this species is simply called "Pre-Tomoyatalian" through out the story and they were mistaken appear to be non-humanoid which likely that they would be older than Chiyukitalian. Their fate is unknown after their last ship have escape from Pig station, but likely that they appear to be survive the AMU event.
