The Jason Michael's Disco Federation (J.M.D.F.) (also referred to as the Disco Group of Government (D.G.G.), Disco Non-Government (D.N.G.) or Michael's Group) generally also known as Disco Federation was the Disconoid government, founded in the 3,002 ADG by Han Teddyman and his first student Jason Michael in attempt to other people to join the disco. The Disco Federation was a primary antagonist faction in Star Democratic series that feature this government. Disco Federation have become a dominated galactic government from 3,007 ADG after repel the Universal Federation of Alliance from Beta Quadrant and annex most of the federation planet include one of them was Tomoya until 3,017 ADG after the Federation have retake the Tomoya and Disco have lost many planet to the Federation and peace treaty with Federation. The Disco Federation was a Absolute monarchy which rule by Pop King, Jason Michael, as the Human in Disco side. The reality, the Grand Moto Club were main ruler instead of Michael himself due to as the federation which have small member of disco leader were rule include one with Lando's Disco Club. The King of Pop's role was control the government while Disco King were control the club. (SD: Legacy)

Although the Disco Federation were major rule by Jason Michael, the member itself were not have same rule as main government, one of them were Lando's Disco Club.

Federation people who were captured can't be a member seat or even own a disco club for the Disco Federation until one of Jason Michael's student, Colorer Rebel which was formerly 1st MES of Universal Marine of Universal Force under Universal Federation of Alliance have succeed him as Leader of Disco Militia and even have own disco club known as Colorer's Disco. The origin of Disco Federation was based from Disco town from idea by John Gamatara from early production of Star Democratic: Federation Tier 5 before on-air, however, this idea was rejected before was on air. In SD: HDN were reveal the original production of Rise of the Disco as Disco Federation were original as Bruce Lee Training Center, before have replaced with multiple group of in-joke and several real life event which this was new generation to Star Democratic to take about the real life instead of take a fictional.

According from Jason Gamatara during his present in 1998 have opinion said about "Why Disco Federation should Exist?" was.

"Before the Disco Federation have evolved the conflict. The Conflict were difficult to archive to offender or defender but they will fight what they do and what they will loss or not is based on what they have to deserve. But for now, Disco Federation can invade any planet as they want because they know that war are easy to fight, beat and join them for the disco room. As well as they want to make a people to happy after end of Second Actactan War."
