The Galactica Party (GP) or simply Galactica is nationalist-lead party and one of two major party in Interstellar Federation since G.C. 1954. The ideology of this party is Nationalism, Federalism, Economic and Military. Most of the Galactica Party is focus on expansion and resource. The party is strong tie with Federation Self-Defense Force and Imperial Lastation Armed Force but they don't have full power. Although the Galactica party don't have enough support since G.C. 1988 due to many policy of this party is obsolete to prepare against Star Conflict. The Galactica Party have know major policy that effective for the Interstellar Federation are Decentralization and Self-Defense Force.

The Galactica party have win for the first time since G.C. 2014 when lead by President Henry Kyle until the party is lost the vote in G.C. 2022 election to Interstellar Party. (Birth of Lady Tomoya Dinogi)

The Interstellar Party (IP) or simply Interstellar is populist-lead party and one of two major party in Interstellar Federation since G.C. 1942. Ideology of this party is populism, liberalism, progressive and social democracy. The Interstellar Party have been dominant the senate since G.C. 1988 when Empress Miki Hiiragi became the power thank to their major policy such as planetary defense and planet development which lead the Federation more advanced than before while the military is still keep in line with better protection and ship building until G.C. 2014 were Interstellar Party was lost the election to Galactica Party that lead by Lady Kasami Hiiragi. The Interstellar Party have no relation with the military to keep the military out of the government system.

Since Empress Sakura Hana become to power. The Interstellar Party have become the major party of the Interstellar Federation once more with promise to bring the freedom and the mass development to the Touhou Galaxy such as turn Chiyuki into the full ecumenopolis planet in few 20 year. (Birth of Lady Tomoya Dinogi)
