Behind the Scene
Background
The OICW was first debut in Star Democratic: Rise of the Disco series, The Moonwalk Academy as prototype weapon for the Federation which show that Jason Michael was the first person have to test the Federation OICW project. Although there are many OICW project in Star Democratic, non of them have being famous more than the Type-4/1 SCR which become as major part of the series and some story is the main plot. Type-4/1 SCR and their similarly have been appear in many Star Democratic series which have been to appear in other universe such as Blancitunia and Touhou Galaxy Project. As well as Polaris and STAR DEM0CRATIC.
