XM29 OICW, Mother of all Smart Rifle 

Smart Rifle, also known as Objective Individual Combat Weapon or simply OICW was the Assault Rifle/Advanced Grenade launcher hybrid with ultimate goal as next-generation of infantry rifle design for special force and rightful hand person. The name was came from XM29 OICW which known as Mother of all Smart Rifle. The rival of OICW project was Project NIVA, a Assault Rifle/Rocket Launcher hybrid. (Memory of Kagami Rebirth)

Several of these smart rifle include one of famous SCR's Type-4/1 SCR was competition with other smart rifle such as rivalry include those Jackson's Toy's RAT-2. Main issue with the OICW was overweight and hard to aim when stand by most of user which these issue lead several OICW program to decline with except of Sikwa-Kata. Although most of program are dead, few OICW still remain product and sell to special force, their purpose was design for strategy combat instead of open warfare.
